Rajkumar Singh M.Optom, FLVPEI

Rajkumar Singh has completed his master's in optometry from 2016-2018 from Himalayan University, Arunachal Pradesh. He has done his bachelor's in optometry from 2009-2012 from Vinayaka Mission university, Tamil Nadu. He has completed his fellowship in 2010 ophthalmic diagnostics from LVPEI, Hyderabad. He has done his diploma in optometry from Sarojini Devi Eye Hospital, Institute of ophthalmology, Government of Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad (1993-1995). He has completed his diploma in eye banking technician in 2001 from Ramayamma International eye bank (EBAI), LVPEI, Hyderabad. His core area of specialization is Ophthalmic Diagnostics and Eye Banking.

Phani Krishna M.Optom

Mr. Phani Krishna Athreya holds a postgraduate degree from Bharati Vidyapeeth Deemed University, Medical College, Pune. His professional journey encompasses diverse experiences in both Retail and clinical fields across various cities across India.

For the past decade, he has devoted himself to full-time academia, with teaching expertise in subjects such as Occupational Optometry, Contact Lenses, Visual Optics, Myopia Control, and Low Vision.

He is currently heading school of optometry here at CL Gupta Eye institute. He was previously working as assistant professor with Amity medical school, Amity University Haryana & as Assistant professor at the School of Health Sciences, Sushant (Ansal) University in Gurgaon.

Currently, he is pursuing his PhD at Sushant University in Gurgaon.

Working as consultant pediatric optometrist at C L Gupta Eye Institute from 2010. Completed his M. Optom from Himalayan University, Itanagar, Arunanchal Pradesh and Bachelor's in Optometry from NIMS University, Jaipur. Rajasthan. He completed his diploma in optometry from UPSMF, Lucknow. And six month fellowship on squint and strabismus from Arvind eye hospital Madurai, Tamilnadu and short term fellowship on orthoptics and vision therapy from shroff's charity eye hospital,New delhi and also completed one year vision technician course from LVPEI, Hyderabad.

Mohan Saini D.Optom

Mohan has completed his Diploma in Optometry from Vivekananda Institute of Paramedical science, Moradabad (U.P) affiliated to UP state medical faculty. He also has completed one year Vision Technician course CLGEI, Moradabad. He joined CLGEI in 2011 as a Vision technician and now promoted as a consultant Optometrist.

Rajendra completed his Diploma in optometry from Vivekananda hospital and research center Moradabad and also completed one-year Vision Technician course from L V Prasad Eye Institute, Hyderabad, he joined the Comprehensive clinical services at CLGEI in 2011, He is currently working as a consultant optometrist in diagnostic department and also involved in teaching and training.

Ramji pandey  did her diploma in optometry from U P state medical faculty Lucknow. he did her long term two years comprehensive optometry fellowship, 2012 to 2014 from C L gupta eye institute Moradabad, Affiliated to LV Prasad eye institute Hyderabad He joined C L gupta eye institute in 2015.He completed her Bachelor in optometry and ophthalmic science from Himalayan University Arunachal Pradesh .Her area of Clinical Interest in oculoplasty and ocular prosthesis or cornea and anterior segment department and research.He mission is to Provide the Best Services .

Tarrannum Parween D.Optom., FCLGEI

Tarannum completed her Diploma in Optometry from Vivekanand Institute of Paramedical Sciences, Moradabad, U.P., following which she has completed a two years long term fellowship in comprehensive Clinical Optometry from C L Gupta Eye Institute. She is currently working as a consultant optometrist in CLGEI ophthalmic diagnostic services department.

Tasleem Qamar

Tasleem Qamar has completed his M. Optom 2019-2021 from Himalayan University, Itanagar.He has done his Master's in social work in 2016-2018 from allahabad university. He has done his Bachelor's in Optometry in 2013-2016 from NIMS university Jaipur. He has done his diploma in optometry in 2011-2013 from UPSMF, Lucknow. He has completed his one year vision technician course in 2011 from LVPEI, Hyderabad.    He has done Three month fellowship on Retcam imager at CLGEI, Moradabad. His core area specialization in Retcam imager of Retinopathy of prematurity and Posterior segment services.

Shafia Parveen B.Optom, FCLGEI

Shafia parveen did her diploma in optometry from U P state medical faculty Lucknow. She did her long term two years comprehensive optometry fellowship, 2013 to 2015 from C L gupta eye institute Moradabad, she compleated her Bachelor in optometry from Himaliyan university Arunachal pradesh, her area of clinical interest in glaucoma department and research, She joined C L gupta eye institute in 2016. She having the international publication in related field of interest. Her mission is to provide the best services.

Suraj Chaurasiya M.Optom, PGD (LVPEI)

Mr. Suraj Chaurasiya hails from Birgunj, Nepal. He holds a degree in Optometry and Vision Science from NSHM College of Management and Technology, Durgapur, West Bengal, India. Following his graduation, he completed a one-year clinical internship at C.L. Gupta Eye Institute in 2017. Mr. Chaurasiya pursued higher education at LV Prasad Eye Institute, Hyderabad, where he earned a Post-Graduation Diploma in Optometry and Vision Science, specializing in Contact Lens and Anterior Segment.

Currently, Mr. Chaurasiya is an Associate Optometrist and Head of the Contact Lens Department at C.L. Gupta Eye Institute. Additionally, he serves as an Assistant Professor at the School of Optometry at CLGEI. His primary clinical interests include fitting and dispensing Soft, RGP, and specialty contact lenses, such as Rose K, Scleral, and PROSE lenses. Additionally, he practices Orthokeratology lenses for myopia control.

Mr. Chaurasiya is an Educator member of the International Association of Contact Lens Educators (IACLE) and has numerous publications in national and international peer-reviewed journals. He is actively involved in academics, research, and training activities.

With his extensive experience and dedication to the field of optometry, Mr. Suraj Chaurasiya continues to contribute significantly to both clinical practice and optometric education.

Uzma Rafeeq B.Optom

She has completed her B.Sc. Optometry from Teerthanker Mahaveer University and clinical internship from C.L. Gupta. Eye Institute. She has joined CL Gupta Eye Institute as Clinical Optometrist in Glaucoma department and also involved in training, teaching and research activities.

Sanjay Kumar B.Optom

Sanjay Kumar started his career after completing her Bachelor in Optometry in 2019 from Amity school of Health Sciences of Amity University. He is currently working as an optometrist in Glaucoma department of CL Gupta Eye Institute.

Ritesh Kumar Chaurasiya

PhD Scholar (Optometry)

Working as a Assistant Professor and Consultant Optometrist,  Mr. Ritesh has completed  Bachelor of Optometry and Vision Sciences from NSHM College of Management and Technology, Durgapur followed by Master of Optometry from Chitkara School of Health Sciences, Punjab. He has worked as consultant optometrist with different hospitals in past. Additionally, he has worked as an Assistant Professor (Department of Optometry) at Maharishi Markandeswar (Deemed to be University), Ambala. He has more than three years of teaching and research experiences.In addition, he has publications in national and international Journals (Peer-reviewed) and has participated in several conferences. Simultaneously, he has also been actively involved in training  and research activities. His area of interests are Optometry Education and Myopia (Prevention & Control). He has also been appointed as paper setter and paper Evaluator at Atal Bihari Vajpayee Medical University, Lucknow. Mr. Ritesh is also an Editorial Board Member and is a Reviewer for few International Journals of Ophthalmology and Optometry. Currently he is pursuing PhD in Optometry from NIMS University, Jaipur.

Working as a Assistant Professor and Consultant Optometrist, Ms Akansha has completed Bachelor of Optometry from Teerthanker Mahaveer University (TMU), Moradabad followed by Master of Optometry from RIMT University,Punjab. She has worked as consultant optometrist with different hospitals in past. Additionally, she has worked as a Clinical Instructor (Department of Optometry) at Dr Om Prakash Eye Institute,Amritsar. She has 3.5 years of experiences in Clinics and 1.5 years of teaching experience. In addition, she has publications in national and international Journals (Peer-reviewed) and has participated in several conferences. Simultaneously, she has also been actively involved in training and research activities. Her areas of interest are Pediatrics and Anterior Segment .She has also been appointed as paper Evaluator at Atal Bihari Vajpayee Medical University, Lucknow and has also been appointed as external examiner in multiple Optometry Colleges.

Serves as a Assistant Professor and Consultant Optometrist, Anjali gutam completed her Diploma in Optometry from the UP State Medical Faculty, Lucknow (2015-2017). She completed her Bachelor degrees in optometry from Chitkara University, Chandigarh, Punjab. She also completed Master in Optometry from CT university, Ludhiana. Additionally, she did two-year long-term Comprehensive fellowship in optometry at C.L. Gupta Eye Institute, Moradabad.
