Eight-year old Aamna Hilal, was born blind since birth, on vary of clinical eyes expert diagnosed a case Anterior staphyloma with Nystagmus, with no hope of vision in future, it was the big challenge for the parents and family, and feels how she will be aware of how beautiful the world is around her. As she was growing up, her abnormal appearing eyes had isolated her many of the times in the society. But Aamna, this cute baby have the joy of learning by exploring things on his own and some by parents help. She belonged to a very humble family residing in Moradabad district in Uttar-Pradesh, and leading a normal life is not easy for her and her family. On the advice of a well-wisher, she was brought to CL Gupta school for visually handicapped, Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh, where she started her Rehabilitation training include daily living skills, Mobility, braille and academic, under the training of our special educator Ms. Aasma. Here she is getting training on Braille and rehabilitation training. After coming at CL Gupta school for visually handicapped, she has improved a lot in her sense of learning, braille reading and writing. Seeing her improvement the parents of other visually impaired children also has started sending their children to CL Gupta school for visually handicapped. She has created hopes for other severely visually impaired children, now whenever she comes to school, she always have a cute smile on her face ,enjoys playing with her friends and have a dream to become Principle of an education institute.
